Certificates from a list
One PDF design and one Excel list give you a certificate, letter or badge for every name. Nothing is uploaded.

How to make certificates from a list
Typing fifty names into fifty copies of the same certificate takes an afternoon. Here it takes a minute.
- Drop your design, saved as a PDF, on the first box.
- Drop your list on the second box. It can be Excel, a CSV file or an OpenOffice sheet, with the column names on the first row.
- Click a column name, such as Name, then click on the page where the name should go.
- Drag the words to move them, and choose their size, colour and letters.
- Change the line number under the page to check a long name still fits.
- Choose one PDF with them all, or one PDF each in a zip file, then press Make.
A design with form boxes fills itself in
If your design is a fillable PDF form, each box whose name matches a column of the list is filled from that column on its own. A box called Name gets the Name column.
Names too long for their place
A long name is made a little smaller so it stays inside its box, or inside the page. Arabic names are written right to left.
Guides that use this tool
Good to know
- How many lines can the list have?
- Hundreds are fine. The design is stored once in the file and reused on every page, so the file stays small.
- Can I name each file after the person?
- Yes. Choose One PDF each, then choose the column to name the files after.
- Are my design and my list uploaded?
- No. Both are read and the certificates are made in your browser.
