What is useful to say

If a tool behaved oddly, the browser you used, how many pages the document had and roughly how large the file was is usually enough to find the cause.

Please do not attach the document itself. The site never receives your files and it is better that it stays that way. If a particular file will not open, saying what made it - a phone scanner, a bank, a government form - is more useful than the file.

Ideas

If a tool you need is missing, say which one and what it has to produce. The next tools are chosen from what people actually ask for, and some of the obvious ones are missing on purpose.
